Das erwartet dich:
  • Umsetzung der Online Marketing Strategie
  • Entwicklung, Umsetzung, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des digitalen Leistungsportfolios (B2B und B2C) gemäß aktuellen Anforderungen aus dem Markt
  • Erarbeitung von Erfolgskriterien und Parametern zur Erfolgs-messung der zu betreuenden Konzepte. Durchführung regelmäßiger Soll/Ist Abweichungsanalysen. Daraus abgeleitet Optimierung der Konzepte unter Berücksichtigung der Profitabilität
  • Planung und Umsetzung von internen und externen Marketing- und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen für die zu betreuenden Konzepte
  • Verantwortung für Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Content auf diversen Onlinekanälen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern (Agenturen, IT-Dienstleistern etc.) und internen Bereichen (z.B. Vertrieb, Einkauf, Recht) sowie weiteren Stakeholdern
  • Budgetplanung, Tracking und Reporting für vorgenannte Bereiche
  • Durchführung von Sonderprojekten
  • Vertretung von Kollegen innerhalb des Marketings
Das bringst du mit:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Wirtschaftsinformatik, digitale Medien oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Online-Marketing, Produkt- und Serviceentwicklung, idealerweise im Healthcare- oder Apothekenumfeld.
  • Kenntnisse in Digitalstrategie, Content-Management, Web-Technologien und Projektmanagement.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, CMS-Systemen, Web-Analytics-Tools und digitalen Plattformen.
  • Analytisches Denken, Innovationsfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und Teamorientierung.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
