Der Knowledge Management Specialist (m/w/d) trägt zur Weiterentwicklung des Wissensmanagements innerhalb der Firmengruppe bei, indem Methoden optimiert, Governance-Funktionen unterstützt und der Dokumentenlebenszyklus verwaltet wird.

  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Best Practices für das Wissensmanagement sowie Optimierung von Prozessen
  • Etablierung von Richtlinien und Verfahren zur Sicherstellung der Compliance und einer effektiven Governance
  • Entwicklung von Richtlinien für das Dokumentenmanagement und den Informationsaustausch
  • Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen zur Förderung der Zusammenarbeit und des Wissensaustauschs
  • Unterstützung bei der Harmonisierung von Prozessen und der Standardisierung von Workflows

Qualifikationen****

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Informationstechnologie oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Erfahrung im Wissensmanagement oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion, idealerweise mit Verständnis für die Dokumentenverwaltung und Entwicklung von Governance-Richtlinien
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office, Confluence, SharePoint und sowie in Dokumentenmanagement-Systemen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Organisationsgeschick, Teamorientierung und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
