Document Controller / Project Documentation Specialist

Location: Lingen, Niedersachsen (Germany)

Contract Duration: Until September 2026

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to support project documentation and coordination activities on-site in Lingen. The role involves managing IFC (Issued for Construction) documents, redlines, and fabrication quality documentation, ensuring all project records are accurate, up to date, and compliant with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Distribute IFC documents to subcontractors and clients, ensuring timely delivery and correct revisions are in use.
• Prepare, track, and issue redline documents to record design and site changes.
• Coordinate and maintain Fabrication and Quality Plans (FQP) and Fabrication Quality Records (FQR).
• Upload, update, and exchange project documents (NOIs, NCRs, site records, etc.) via ThinkProject and SharePoint (TenneT/Transnet).
• Support project teams with document management requests and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

• Relevant vocational training or degree with experience in project documentation or engineering support.
• Proficient in MS Office and Document Management Systems (e.g., ThinkProject, Aconex, iTWO).
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, structured, and able to perform under pressure.
• Languages: Fluent German (business level) and good English.
