Your Mission in a nutshell:
As a BI Analyst, you will empower teams across the organization to make smarter, data-driven decisions. Your core responsibility is to translate data into actionable insights—communicating findings to stakeholders, supporting strategic initiatives, and contributing directly to improved business performance.

- You have at least 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar data-focused role
- You have solid SQL skills and strong proficiency with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase, Looker, Power BI)
- Experience with Metabase or Holistics is a plus
- You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively
- You bring strong problem-solving abilities and feel comfortable working with complex datasets
- You are well-organised and proactively contribute new ideas
- You can work independently and efficiently, meeting project deadlines with confidence

- Initial Screening Call minutes)
- Interview with the Hiring Manager (Head of Data minutes)
- Case Study (timed, with a set deadline)
- Value-Add Interview minutes)
- Creating insightful dashboards and reports using BI tools (Holistics, Metabase) to present data in a clear and actionable manner.
- Validate data accuracy and dashboard reliability. Optimize dashboard structure and user experience. Ensure correct filtering, segmentation, and drill-downs.
- Communicating insights about internal and external KPI. Support business and client teams with KPI interpretation.
- Translate business requirements into analytical deliverables, including improved QBR reports, client-facing Worklife reports, and custom analytics for B2B customers.
- Align Holistics dashboards with new data models, ensuring coherence with underlying data transformations; create training videos and examples to improve understanding among stakeholders.
- Lead onboarding and workshop sessions for new joiners and Customer Success Managers on how to use BI tools effectively.
- Working closely with various departments to enhance the product's value through enabling different reportings
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve data products and decision making processes
