The Role: What to expect
As a
Marketing Communications Intern
, you'll support our mission to connect, inform, and inspire - both internally and externally. As part of our Communications & Marketing team and working closely with our Sales colleagues, you'll help bring our achievements and initiatives to life across our intranet and social media channels. You'll gain hands-on experience in content creation, internal communications, and social storytelling, while contributing to a collaborative, impact-driven team culture that values creativity, curiosity, and ownership.

Role Responsibilities: What you will do

  • Supporting internal communications through engaging marketing and sales updates on our intranet.
  • Helping conceptualize, write, and publish internal articles and short features that strengthen cross-company awareness and collaboration.
  • Assisting in the planning and creation of LinkedIn content highlighting the team's brand ambassador activities - including visuals, copy, and short video snippets.
  • Creating visual assets (e.g., short videos, image edits, simple graphics) to accompany posts and campaigns.
  • Helping track and report engagement metrics from social platforms.
  • Researching industry trends, best practices, and content ideas to enhance storytelling across channels.
  • Assisting in day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks within the Communications & Marketing team.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • You're pursuing a degree in Communications, English/American Studies, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
  • You have a flair for writing and storytelling - both in English and German.
  • You're confident using digital tools (e.g., SharePoint, Canva, HubSpot, or similar) and have an eye for visuals and detail.
  • You enjoy turning complex topics into engaging, human-centered stories.
  • You're proactive, reliable, and organized, with a genuine interest in technology and innovation.
  • You thrive in a collaborative, international environment where every contribution counts.
