Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung von insgesamt ca. 7 Mitarbeitern
  • Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Ressourcen (Personal, Material, Zeit), um Kundenanforderungen, Change Requests und Neuprojekte effizient umzusetzen
  • Verantwortung für die kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Produktionsprozessen hinsichtlich Qualität, Effizienz, Kosten und Nachhaltigkeit
  • Management der Konfiguration und Betreuung von Software und Tools für die Produktion in enger Abstimmung mit den IT Fachabteilungen
  • Entwicklung, Qualifizierung und Implementierung neuer Fertigungsprozesse und -technologien
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Qualitätssicherung, Instandhaltung, Client Service, Projektmanagement sowie globalen Funktionen
  • Entwicklung der Teamkompetenzen durch gezielte Förderung von Vielseitigkeit und Mehrfachqualifikation
  • Leitung und Umsetzung von Projekten zur Prozessautomatisierung und Digitalisierung
  • Analyse von Prozessdaten zur Ableitung technischer und organisatorischer Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Erstellung einer strategischen Roadmap auf Basis interner und externer Anforderungen (Kunden, Produktion, Gruppe)
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits-, Umwelt- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Mitwirkung bei der Definition und Weiterentwicklung von Produktionsstandards, Plattformen und Tools
  • Auswahl, Qualifizierung und Einführung geeigneter Methoden, Werkzeuge und Technologien (HW/SW) zur Unterstützung der Produktionsanforderungen
Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Verfahrenstechnik, Maschinenbau oder IT oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Process Engineering, idealerweise in eniem industriellen Produktionsumfeld 
  • erste Führungserfahrung oder ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz
  • fundierte Kenntnisse in Lean Management, Six Sigma sowie in der Anwendung von Tools wie MX Excel, Power BI oder ähnliches
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung technischer Projekte und im Umgang mit Produktionsmanagementsystemen
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
