What you will do with us
  • You are responsible for the SAP SuccessFactors modules Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, and Onboarding
  • As a project lead, you manage (sub-)projects related to SuccessFactors and work closely with HR, IT, and external partners
  • You ensure stable operations and continuously enhance the modules with a focus on user-friendliness, efficiency, and future viability
  • In addition, you are responsible for implementing these solutions – including documentation, testing, and quality assurance
  • You analyze requirements from the business units, evaluate them, and develop suitable solution concepts
  • Finally, you coordinate service providers and ensure high-quality implementation as well as smooth support
What you will bring with you
  • A successfully completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Economics, HR Management, or a comparable qualification
  • 2–3 years of experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors – ideally in the Performance & Goals module, and preferably also in Succession & Development and/or Onboarding
  • Solid knowledge of cloud-based HR processes and their application in a corporate context
  • A structured and solution-oriented working style, as well as initial experience in project management
  • Confident communication skills in German and English – both spoken and written
