Are you ready to bring fresh ideas to internal communication and make an impact at Siemens? Join us in MCH WVS as a Working Student (f/m/d) in Marketing and help shape engaging stories, vibrant events, and creative campaigns for our teams

You'll make an impact by

  • You support the creation and publication of news, articles, and engaging content for our internal communication channels
  • Additionally, you assist in organizing and executing internal events, newsletters, and help maintain as well as optimize the intranet
  • Building on this, you contribute creative ideas for social media posts, infographics, and internal mailings to strengthen our employer brand
  • Furthermore, you help implement marketing communication within campaigns and events by collaborating with different teams
  • To round off your role, you contribute to analyzing internal communication channels to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement

This is how you'll win us over

  • Education: You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Media Studies, or a comparable field
  • Experience and Skills:
  • You have experience with MS Office and are interested in using AI tools in a work context
  • You are skilled at conveying complex information in a way that is appropriate for your target audience
  • Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop) is an advantage
  • Ways of Working: You demonstrate commitment, reliability, a sense of responsibility, and work creatively as well as analytically with strong self-organization skills
  • Languages: You have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
