Studio Natura is a premium healthy food and coffee brand based in Berlin — known for freshly made food, pastry coffee, smoothies, juices and matcha. We're expanding our B2B catering and looking for a driven Catering & Event Growth Manager to help us grow this side of the business.
Your Role
You'll be the bridge between our stores and our business clients — helping companies across Berlin discover, taste, and order our food for their teams and events.
FLUENT GERMAN AND ENGLISH REQUIRED
DRIVING LICENSE REQUIRED
- Process and coordinate catering requests from our B2B customers.
- Advise and sell actively via phone, email, or directly in our system. Send out offers and coordinate.
- Proactively reach out to new potential clients — find the right contact person and open new doors.
- Plan Events with new potential clients.
- Organize and conduct tastings at companies to showcase Studio Natura's catering offer.
- Coordinate closely with store management and team to ensure smooth execution.
- A people person — confident, professional, and communicative.
- Sales-oriented mindset with initiative and persistence.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Structured, organized, and able to manage several requests at once.
- Experience in catering, hospitality, or B2B sales is a plus.

Base Salary + Commission
