Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the full accounting cycle in DATEV Unternehmen Online, support month-end accuracy, and actively contribute to process improvements in a company undergoing professional scaling.

  • Manage full financial accounting in DATEV Unternehmen Online (AR, AP, payment runs)

  • Build and maintain Excel-based internal reports (VLOOKUP / S-VERWEIS, Pivot Tables)

  • Review monthly closings and ensure completeness and accuracy

  • Optimize accounting workflows and design smarter processes

  • Take ownership of your own projects in a supportive, collaborative team setup

What You Bring

  • Commercial apprenticeship or degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or similar

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting

  • Very good knowledge of DATEV Unternehmen Online (or willingness to quickly learn it with support)

  • Strong Excel skills

  • German C1 and English B2

  • Reliable, structured, detail-oriented working style

  • Fast learner with new tools; knowledge of IQ Reseller, Jira, Confluence, MS Office, or similar is a plus

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience in startups or scaling environments

  • Exposure to controlling or ERP-related projects

  • Familiarity with Jira or Confluence
