Your Tasks
You are at the helm of our Epertise IRB Risk Models where we develop thought-out IRBA and feeder models while keeping a keen eye on internal and e
- ternal requirements.
As E- pertise Lead, you support and guide your team both professionally and personally – in line with our Orange Code – helping them grow every day.
Coaching, knowledge sharing, leading by e- ample, and fostering an inspiring work environment are second nature to you – today, tomorrow, and beyond.
Strategically, you also set the tone and lead your E- pertise in implementing the bank's strategy.
You look outside the bo- to detect the newest market trends as a matter of course, follow the latest developments in technology, recognize what's relevant for us and make it reality it in the appropriate teams.
Internally as well as eternally, you build robust networks with relevant stakeholders, manage national and international projects and work tirelessly to improve your E- pertise at every step.
Your Profile
- University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
Multiple years of professional e- perience in the development of IRBA or IFRS9 models - Solid understanding of regulatory requirements, particularly in model development (e.g., CRR, EBA Guidelines)
- Know-how in data analysis using SAS or similar as well as databases
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and promote professional development and knowledge transfer
- Focus on sustainable business activities and responsible decision-making
- Very good German and English, both written and spoken
