Network Operations Engineer
who will ensure the day-to-day availability and performance of our production network, covering
WAN, LAN, Network Security, Cloud Internet Security Platforms, and Tools
.

This is a hands-on technical role where you'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners, lead major incident calls, and drive proactive service improvements. You'll also play a key role in our
network refresh project
, deploying the latest standards into production.

What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot and restore services across WAN, LAN, Network Security, and Cloud Internet Security platforms.
  • Lead and participate in
    Major Incident calls
    , providing full root cause analysis for outages.
  • Drive
    patch management
    and proactive service sustainability.
  • Evaluate Managed Service Provider technical capabilities.
  • Track availability and eliminate repeat incidents through technical solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years
    in IT Operations and Technical Engineering roles.
  • Expert knowledge of
    Carrier Services
    – SD-WAN (VeloCloud), WAN Circuits, MPLS, Point-to-Point.
  • Strong experience with
    Cisco, Aruba, Infoblox
    networking infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with
    Enterprise Wireless Network Services
    and
    Cloud Internet Security Platforms
    (e.g., Zscaler).
  • Understanding of
    load balancers, firewalls
    , and monitoring tools like
    SolarWinds & Riverbed
    .
  • Experience in a
    Global 24x7 support model
    .
  • Professional certifications preferred.
