What makes you a strong candidate:

  • You are an expert in IP Voice Routing.
  • You are proficient in VoIP, Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), Session Border Controllers (SBC).
  • German - Fully fluent
  • English - Fully fluent

Responsibilities and more:

Experience: Minimum 5 years in IP Telephony

Mandatory Skills: VOIP Telephony, Session Border Controllers (SBC), SIP, IP Voice Routing

Preferred Skills: AudioCodes (advantage, not mandatory), MS Teams, Legacy Telecom (IP, PBX)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Regional Telecom Engineer with solid expertise in IP Telephony and SIP-based voice systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SBCs, VOIP technologies, and MS Teams telephony.

Key Responsibilities


• Demonstrate expert knowledge of TDM and IP Telephony components, including relevant protocols in the IP voice ecosystem.


• Apply strong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, SIP, RTP/SRTP, DHCP, DNS, AD/AAD, SQL, VLANs, and QoS.


• Create, interpret, and implement technical documents such as floorplans, cable layouts, rack designs, and as-built documentation.


• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IP Telephony and network issues with strong analytical skills.


• Communicate technical strategies and project statuses clearly to teams and management.


• Plan and coordinate telephony components effectively, anticipating risks and challenges.


• Configure SIP gateways (e.g., AudioCodes M800–M1000/M4000 series) including routing and manipulation rules based on specifications.
