Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Frankfurt for a Director of Sales and Marketing. The Director of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include managing marketing campaigns, overseeing sales activities, leading cross-functional teams, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The role involves analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring all marketing initiatives align with the brand's objectives.

  • Ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in analyzing market trends and identifying business opportunities
  • Experience in hospitality or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Fluency in English and additional languages is beneficial
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Frankfurt
