To strengthen our team at the front desk we are looking for a

Your mission

As Student Employee at our front desk, you are not only the face and the voice of the firm but above all the organizational hub of our everyday work:
- You welcome clients, guests and suppliers at the front desk.
- You support the organisation of the conference rooms and take care of the catering for guests.
- You will answer telephone calls and act as the communicative interface between clients or service providers and our team.
- You take care of incoming and outgoing mail and messenger deliveries.
- You make sure that everything is in the right place and support the organisation of our equipment and provision of snacks, drinks and crockery for our colleagues
- In addition to regular shifts you will also take on late-night duties (until 8 p.m.) at reception for the switchboard to ensure that our lawyers can be reached during off-peak hours and in the office organisation to prepare everything for the following day.

Your profile
  • You are currently studying (a connection to law is an advantage but not a necessity) and would like to gain experience in a reputable law firm by working 12 to 20 hours per week (at least two shifts).
    You are organized, love multitasking, and keep a cool head even in seemingly hectic moments.
    You are sociable, friendly, and communicative, with a service-oriented mindset.
    You have German language skills at native level and communicative English skills, as you will also be serving our foreign clients.
    You enjoy being a host and value a well-groomed appearance.
    You are proficient in common MS Office programs
    You have a good amount of drive, initiative, and willingness to take responsibility.
    You enjoy working in a team and in a lively law firm culture.
