Deine Mission

Als Senior Creative Lead für Video baust du den neuen Bereich Performance Video Creation in der Smarketer Group auf. Dein Ziel: Hochperformante, KI-gestützte Videoformate, die Marken sichtbarer machen und Conversions im gesamten Funnel steigern.

Dein Daily Business:

  • Entwicklung skalierbarer Video- und Visual-Formate für YouTube, Meta & Co.
  • Einsatz von KI-Tools (z. B. Veo3, Nano Banana, Runway) für effiziente und hochwertige Produktion
  • Aufbau einer modularen "Creative Factory" mit Templates und Testing-Frameworks
  • Entwicklung markenstarker Kreativprodukte (z. B. YouTube Starter, Creative Testing Sprint)
  • Unterstützung von Sales & Consulting mit Cases, Proof-Videos und Trainings
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des wachsenden Video-Teams

Das macht dich aus

  • 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in Video- oder Content-Kreation (Agentur, Studio oder Inhouse)
  • Fundiertes Know-how in YouTube- und Social-Video-Performance (Hook, CTR, View-Through)
  • Sicher im Umgang mit AI-/Automation-Tools für Video & Visuals
  • Erfahrung mit Creative-Testing-Methoden und datenbasierter Kreation
  • Technisch versiert (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, ggf. DaVinci)
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die erfolgreiche Kommunikation mit Kolleg:innen und Kund:innen
  • Nice-to-have: Erfahrung im Teamaufbau, E-Com- oder B2B-Umfeld und gutes Netzwerk in der Creator-Szene
