Senior Analyst/Junior Associate
(m/f/d)

Tasks

Supporting the senior team on the active management of high-end investment projects:

  • Direct involvement in the management of our investments in the hospitality sector with clear focus on a leading hotel operator based in Berlin
  • The ideal candidate will be an integral team member both at the level of the hotel operator and at Crown, thereby ensuring optimal management of the asset
  • Support across all functions at the hotel operator with focus on exceeding the financial targets
  • Project organisation, conduct accounting and financial statement analysis, market research and analysis of companies based on their financial data
  • Project organisation and support of due diligence processes
  • Support in financial modelling for new development projects as well as for existing portfolio

Profile

We require
:

  • Keen interest in investments, with at least 2 years of work experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Family Office, Hedge Fund and/or Top 5 Accounting
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Substantial experience of financial analysis, modelling and valuations – candidate must be able to build DCF and LBO models
  • Solid PC knowledge (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word)
  • High degree of professionalism as well as strong drive and commitment
  • Excellent oral and written command of English and German is a must
  • Good communication skills and team player mind-set
