Als Manufacturing Engineer unterstützt du bei anspruchsvollen Projekten, stabilisierst Fertigungsprozesse, bringst tiefes CNC-Know-how ein und fungierst als zentrale Wissensquelle für die gesamte Organisation. Dein Expertenwissen wendest du nicht nur praktisch an, sondern strukturierst, dokumentierst und digitalisierst es systematisch, um die Fertigung nachhaltig zu optimieren.

Das wirst Du bei uns tun:
  • Du unterstützt bei technisch anspruchsvollen Bauteilen, Materialien und Zerspanungsprozessen
  • Du springst bei komplexen Projekten und akuten Produktionsproblemen kurzfristig ein
  • Du definierst, analysierst und optimierst CNC-Bearbeitungsstrategien und Fertigungsabläufe
  • Du bringst dein Expertenwissen in CNC, Werkzeugtechnik und Zerspanungsprozessen aktiv ein
  • Du berätst Software-Teams und Operations fachlich
  • Du fungierst als zentrale Wissensquelle für Zerspanung, strukturierst, dokumentierst und digitalisierst Best Practices
  • Du wirkst an strategischen Technologie- und Fertigungsentscheidungen mit
  • Du arbeitest zu 100 % vor Ort in Karlsruhe, Knielingen
Das bringst Du mit:
  • Du hast ein technisches Studium (z. B. Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik, Fertigungstechnik), eine abgeschlossene Technikerausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du bringst 15–20 Jahre Erfahrung in der Zerspanung mit
  • Du verfügst über tiefes Know-how in CNC-Bearbeitung, Werkzeugtechnik und Werkstoffen
  • Du hast sowohl operative Shopfloor-Erfahrung als auch strategischen Weitblick
  • Du kannst komplexes technisches Wissen klar und verständlich vermitteln
  • Du arbeitest lösungsorientiert, präzise und mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
