Junior Social Media Manager – Romanian

As the Social Media Team, we manage all relevant social media channels and create engaging fashion and lifestyle content across various platforms. In addition to fashion, we prioritize editorial coverage of socially and culturally relevant topics. We develop creative ideas, execute collaborations, and share inspiring content daily across all social media platforms.

As a Junior Social Media Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for further developing and implementing our social media strategy while identifying new channels and campaigns for Romania. 

Responsibilities

• Management and main responsibility for our Instagram channel @aboutyou_ro (and potentially Facebook)
• Coordination of social media post bookings for our sponsors
• Supporting the Social Media Managers (and teams) in managing and delegating long-term and daily strategies and projects for the social media team
• Planning, developing, and implementing exciting and trend-relevant social media concepts and content for Instagram & Facebook
• Social media content monitoring and creating performance reports
• Community management & close collaboration with our Customer Care Team
• Assisting the Social Media Team in planning and producing social media video content for internal and external productions and shoots
• On-site support at events and shoots

Requirements

• Successfully completed a university degree in marketing, media, communication, or a comparable qualification
• At least 1-2 years of professional experience in social media
• Confident use of all common social media platforms and online communities
• Strong sense of ABOUT YOU's visual and textual tone and excellent writing skills in fashion and lifestyle topics
• Passion for fashion, pop culture, and a strong enthusiasm for social media marketing
• Keen interest in social media trends and high motivation to develop and implement the latest social media techniques and designs
• Experience with social media management tools such as , Dash Hudson, Unfold, Mojo, Planoly, Preview, and others is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility
• Fluent in English and Romanian, both written and spoken
