Während des Studiums bei TRUMPF durchstarten – Innovation entdecken und Technik gestalten

Übernehmen Sie spannende Projekte, bringen Sie Ihre Ideen aktiv ein und arbeiten Sie eng mit erfahrenen Kolleginnen und Kollegen zusammen. Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Konzeption von Multi AI Agent Systemen entlang des Kundenwertstroms

  • Architekturarbeit für die lokale Nutzung von internen und externen Tools, RAGS und LLMs für interne R&D und externen Kunden Produkte

  • Sie geben uns Impulse, wie die Organisation ihre SW/HW Systeme gestalten sollte, um diese für die SW3.0 bereit zu machen

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Studium der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, MINT, Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Software und Organisationsentwicklung oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs

  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Programmierung, Digitalisierung, Künstliche Intelligenz, Automatisierung und Organisationsentwicklung wünschenswert

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) 

  • Gute Kenntnisse in Programmiersprachen (z. B. Python)

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise, Analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, Eigeninitiative
