KWS Berlin GmbH is looking for a Key User HR (m/f/d) to join our Global Business Operations (GBO) in Berlin. In this full-time, permanent role, you will drive digital transformation within HR by enhancing processes, implementing automation solutions, and collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.

Your tasks:

Lead initiatives to standardize HR processes, automate operational tasks, and drive digital transformation within the GBO HR TeamSupport the team with technical skills and guidance on tools, systems utilization and process knowledgeIdentify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains through the adoption of innovative technologies and digital solutionsManage and coordinate projects requiring advanced technical and/or process knowledge, ensuring successful implementation of new solutionsCreate and updates documentation, such as training materials and user for existing and newly deployed solutionsWork closely with other GBO Key Users and the Functional Automation Lead HR, to coordinate digital transformation projecs, including the steering of external consultants and developersDrive the design of digital HR solutions that support process and tools harmonization in alignment with other functional teams.

Your profile:

Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Power Platform ( Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Query and Power BI)Knowledge in Agile methodologies across IT projects is an advantageIdeally, experience working in a Shared Service environmentExperience with HR systems and HR processes is an advantageProven program and project management skills, combined with strong stakeholder management capabilitiesTeam-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to solving challenges and sharing knowledgeExcellent analytical and communication skills, with a strong affinity for process and solution documentation. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus. German is not mandatory.
