We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically driven professional to join us as a
Market Analysis Specialist – Europe
. This position is ideal for candidates with 2–5 years of experience in the automotive or consulting industry, focusing on market research, competitive intelligence, or strategic analysis. The successful candidate will deliver comprehensive insights into the European automotive market to support product planning, brand strategy, and overall business decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the European vehicle market, including sales trends, pricing structures, product segmentation, and competitive dynamics.
  • Monitor and evaluate market trend, consumer adoption behavior, and emerging technology or product trends across major European countries.
  • Build and maintain a structured market database using sources such as JATO, ACEA, and Dataforce.
  • Track and interpret key policy and regulatory changes in the EU and member states that impact market direction, electrification, and emissions standards.
  • Prepare regular market intelligence reports, strategic briefings, and dashboards for cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate closely with product planning, user research, and strategy teams to ensure that data insights translate into actionable business recommendations.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in market research, business intelligence, or strategy roles within an automotive OEM, consulting firm, or market research agency.
  • Solid understanding of the European automotive market, including competitive landscape and data sources.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization and presentation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to deliver clear and concise reports and presentations to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese or an additional European language (e.g., German, French, Italian) is a plus.
