Site Manager (m/f/d) Hamburg and surrounding area, full-time for our properties in Hamburg and the surrounding area
You Will

  • You will be responsible for the management and maintenance of the properties assigned to you and ensure that our parking garages are operated properly.
  • Take comprehensive care of sales, cost and quality management
  • Be the first point of contact for our local contractual partners
  • In the role of site manager, you will lead your team on site, create duty rosters, and ensure the motivation, coordination, and development of the team.
  • To monitor and maintain the parking management system and the lighting, and to repair minor malfunctions if necessary.
  • To take over information management, including research, procurement, processing, forwarding and administration of information
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining databases and managing files.

You Have

  • Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with initial industry knowledge
  • Technical skills for handling our processes
  • You have strong communication skills and display a friendly and convincing demeanor.
  • You have a strong team, success and solution orientation and are willing to work shifts.
  • Proficient use of common MS Office programs
  • Very good German skills
  • A Class 3/B driving licence
