To support our development, we are currently looking for a
Sales Manager _ South-West Germany perimeter,
on a permanent contract
.

Your responsabilities:

  • Active sales management of your region (revenue and margin): You are independently responsible for the product portfolio, revenue, and margin in your region.
  • Acquisition of new customers: Identifying and expanding the customer base.
  • Promotion, expansion, and optimal positioning of our product portfolio in the region.
  • Recording and creating sales forecasts as well as identifying and leveraging further sales potential.
  • Representing the company Rovensa Next in the region (e.g., trade fair appearances).
  • Customer support and cooperation with trade and multipliers (presentations, product training, demo trials, field days).

The Talent we are looking for:

  • Agricultural engineer with relevant experience in the agricultural sector – ideally in the field of fertilizers, foliar fertilizers, and biostimulants.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Team spirit and initiative.
  • Enjoyment and joy in success.
