Werkstudent (m/w/d) Lean Managementab Dezember – Stundenumfang 15-20 Stunden/Woche
Deine Aufgaben
- Unterstützung bei der Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen nach Lean-Prinzipien
- Mitarbeit in und selbstständige Durchführung von Optimierungsprojekten in verschiedenen Abteilungen
- Mitarbeit bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen
- Vor- und Nachbereitung von Projektterminen
- Erfolgsüberwachung abgeschlossener Projekte
Dein Profil
- Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Maschinenbau, Technologiemanagement, technischer BWL oder vergleichbar (mind. 3 Semester)
- Interesse an Lean Management, Prozessoptimierung und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Durchsetzungsvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Kommunikationsstärke
- Erste Erfahrungen in der Blechverarbeitung sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
