Job description

Your responsibilities:

Diagnose and resolve technical malfunctionsPerform mechanical repairs and retrofitsExecute specified electrical tasks and upgradesCarry out maintenance tasks based on checklists and document resultsInstall and relocate existing machine toolsCommissioning of machines, including grinding trials and acceptance runsTrain machine operators and maintenance staff (mechanical and electrical)Troubleshoot issues in close collaboration with customersInstall new machines at international customer sites

Requirements

Your profile:

Completed technical education in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or similarInitial experience as a field service technician or similar technical role is a plusSolid understanding of machine mechanics and electrical systemsConfident with standard IT tools (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems)Fluent in German and English – additional languages are an assetStrong sense of responsibility and a team-oriented mindsetExcellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitudeWillingness to travel internationally (90% of assignments within the DACH region from Monday to Friday).
