Entrepreneur in Residence Intern – People and Organizational Development

As an Entrepreneur in Residence Intern supporting the People and Organizational Development team, you will work closely with the founding team and our managers to help scale Tacto and initiate the next phase of growth. Your work will be hands-on in a dynamic environment, and you will play a key role in attracting the global top 1% talent, setting up scalable processes and shaping our core business areas.

• Support in the entire recruiting process – from creating and posting job advertisements to actively searching for candidates, reaching out to potential talents and leading them into the process for positions across all levels.

• Guide candidates through our process, organize interviews, and communicate with candidates as well as internal stakeholders.

• Bring our employer branding to the next level through planning and organizing top-tier events with prominent speakers that bring together the Munich Startup ecosystem. Check our event history here:

• Participate in various People & Culture initiatives, such as improving our onboarding process, implementing effective performance management, improving the overall candidate experience, employer branding, and more.

• Maintain applicant data in Ashby, our Applicant Tracking System, and assist with a variety of HR processes.

• Take ownership of cross-departmental projects and gain insights into our different functions.

• Become AI Native: Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI to accelerate your work, experiment with new approaches, and share successful workflows – contributing to Tacto's culture of high-velocity execution and innovation.

• You are motivated to build something from the ground up for a minimum of 5 months, enjoying execution on operational tasks, and are self-driven.

• You have gained first professional experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• You have a natural curiosity and are eager to dive deep into our processes and understand the complexities of our work and the people business.

• You are a strong communicator and have excellent written and personal communication skills in German and English.
