YOUR NEW JOB
- Annahme und Koordination sämtlicher Kommunikationsmittel für interne sowie externe Zwecke
- Ansprechpartner für alle Gästebelange
- Annahme und professionelle Eingabe von Reservierungen mit den Marriott-definierten Programmen
- Bearbeitung sämtlicher administrativen Aufgaben
- Telefonberatung unserer Gäste für interne sowie externe Zwecke
- Beschwerdemanagement
THAT'S YOU
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotelfach und gerne auch bereits erste Erfahrungen am Front Office
- Du bist offene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
- Du möchtest unser/e perfekte/r Gastgeber/in sein
- Du bist ein absoluter Teamplayer und überzeugen durch Ihre positive Grundeinstellung
- Deutsch und Englisch sprichst Du fließend, gerne auch eine weitere Fremdsprache
- Du hast darüber hinaus ggf. schon mit Opera gearbeitet
