Ihre Aufgaben:

• Sie tragen die Verantwortung für den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg des Stores und übernehmen mit Ihrem Team alle in diesem Zusammenhang anfallenden operativen Aufgaben
• Sie sorgen für einen exzellenten Kundenservice hinsichtlich Beratung und Verkauf unserer hochwertigen Produkte
• Aktive Mitwirkung im Verkauf
• Sie sind verantwortlich für die Personalführung, -planung und entwicklung
• Ferner unterstützen Sie bei der Mitwirkung des Payroll-Prozesses
• Sie sind verantwortlich für den repräsentativen visuellen Auftritt des Stores im Rahmen der TUMI Vorgaben und Richtlinien
• Wettbewerbs- und Marktbeobachtungen

Das wünschen wir uns von ihnen:

• Sie bringen bereits mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Store Manager oder Assistant Store Manager mit
• Eine ausgeprägte Verkaufsorientierung, Organisationstalent sowie Leidenschaft für Reisegepäck
• Sie haben Spaß an der Mitarbeiterführung und-entwicklung und verfügen über die Fähigkeit, als Vorbild ein Team zu motivieren
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse vorteilhaft
• Sie überzeugen durch gepflegtes und professionelles Auftreten, sowie Emphatie für den reisenden Kunden
• Zudem beweisen Sie gute Microsoft-Office Kenntnisse (Outlook, Word, Excel)
