What You'll Be Doing

  • Review and analyze video content for compliance with safety and community guidelines.
  • Identify and take appropriate action on potentially harmful or inappropriate material.
  • Handle each decision with fairness, empathy, and precision.
  • Work collaboratively in a multicultural team that values quality and consistency.
  • Follow all internal procedures and stay up to date with policy updates.
  • Contribute to creating a digital environment where users can engage freely and safely.

What You Bring

  • Fluent German (C1 or higher) and good English (B2).
  • EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence card (visa sponsorship unavailable).
  • Willingness to relocate to Lisbon and start soon.
  • Keen eye for detail, good judgment, and the ability to remain objective.
  • Previous moderation or support experience is helpful but not mandatory — full training will be provided.
