We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Learning & Development Specialist who enjoys driving and further developing Tesla's internal learning culture. In this role, you will act as a hybrid between a Digital Content Developer and an LMS Manager, focusing on creating engaging learning experiences and optimizing our systems.

You will lead projects to enhance the learner journey, leverage new technologies like AI and automation, and ensure our training content is visually compelling and effectively marketed to our teams.

What You'll Do- Digital Content & Design: Design and develop high-quality e-learning modules, training videos, and digital assets using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise). Create visually appealing SharePoint pages to host and organize learning resources
- LMS Management & Optimization: Manage the daily operations of the Learning Management System (LMS), including user management, course uploads, and reporting. Proactively identify opportunities for system improvement, automation, and process efficiency
- Project Management & LX: Lead learning projects from conception to rollout to improve the overall Learning Experience (LX) for participants. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical processes into digestible learning content
- Innovation & Technology: Explore and implement AI tools and automation workflows to streamline content creation and administrative tasks
- Communication & Marketing: Develop internal marketing strategies and communication campaigns to promote training initiatives and increase learner engagement across the factory
- Analytics: Generate and analyze reports on user activity and course completion to measure the impact of training and drive data-based decisions
What You'll Bring- Experience: Proven experience in digital learning, instructional design, or content production Background in training organizations or fast-paced tech environments is preferred
- Tech Stack: Expertise with content development tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Creative Cloud) and experience with LMS platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, specifically SharePoint design and Excel
- Innovation Mindset: Strong interest in or experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation tools to improve workflows
- Languages: Excellent communication skills in English and German (written and spoken) are essential to connect with teams at all levels
- Soft Skills: Highly organized with strong project management skills. You must be proactive, independent, and willing to step outside your comfort zone to deliver results
- Culture Fit: Understanding of and commitment to Tesla's mission. Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fluid, constantly changing environment
