Our Mission
Our mission for meinGPT is to bring AI to the core of the SME sector. We're building the central, all-in-one platform that makes powerful AI accessible to everyone. Our core challenge: Crafting a UX so intuitive so that anyone can master AI and build the technical foundation to handle millions of secure LLM calls per month. Your work will define how thousands of people interact with AI daily.
Our engineering challenges for 2026:
Synchronize and index terabytes of client data and handle their permissions
Process millions of LLM calls per month and our users expect high reliability
Spawn thousands of code sandboxes per day which must run in a scalable and secure way
Build the base infrastructure for our custom integrations team so that they can integrate new systems within few hours
Tasks
Your Mission
Design, build, and maintain robust API integrations and MCP servers that connect our AI platform to diverse customer systems (ERPs, databases, internal APIs).
Take ownership of features from concept to deployment, ensuring they are reliable, secure, and performant.
Build and test rapid prototypes to explore new AI technologies and evaluate their feasibility for production use cases.
Example projects
Extend our on-premise Data Vault to securely synchronize and index a new, unstructured data source for an enterprise client.
Build a custom MCP server to integrate a new third-party service (e.g., HR tool Personio) into our platform's ecosystem.
Design and prototype a support bot trained on a 200k+ email archive, evaluating its performance and path to production.
Implement a scalable data ingestion pipeline to process and chunk several gigabytes of PDF documents for use in our AI context.
Requirements
What We Are Looking For
You have professional experience in a modern programming language, preferably Python or TypeScript.
You have built GenAI applications that go beyond a standard RAG pipeline and understand what it takes to create production-ready AI solutions.
You think beyond your own code and care about the big picture: how the product feels to users and how it succeeds as a whole.
You are a quick learner and really enjoy the fast pace and high-growth environment that comes with a scaling product.
