AI Developer (w/m/d) – entwickle smarte Lösungen mit generativer KI

Unser Kunde, ein spezialisierter Anbieter für generative KI-Lösungen, unterstützt Unternehmen mit maßgeschneiderten Trainings, Beratungen und Implementierungen, um Künstliche Intelligenz effektiv in ihre Arbeitsprozesse zu integrieren – strategisch, praxisnah und wirksam.

Du willst…

  • mit Large Language Models (LLMs), Agenten-Workflows und Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) anwendungsorientierte Lösungen entwickeln

  • Tools wie ChatGPT oder Microsoft Copilot über die Oberfläche hinaus wirklich verstehen und weiterdenken

  • deine Entwickler-Skills mit Beratungskompetenz verbinden und Kundenprojekte aktiv mitgestalten

  • mit einem interdisziplinären Team arbeiten, das nicht nur über KI spricht, sondern sie einsatzbereit macht

Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung produktionsreifer KI-Anwendungen für reale Business-Cases – z. B. auf Basis von ChatGPT, Copilot oder vergleichbaren LLMs

  • Aufbau und Pflege intelligenter Workflows mit LangChain, Haystack, FastAPI, Vektor-Datenbanken u. a.

  • Gestaltung von Multi-Agent-Architekturen für komplexe Use Cases

  • Integration von Tools und Services in moderne Cloud-Umgebungen (Azure, AWS, GCP)

  • Mitgestaltung skalierbarer Prompt-Strategien, Toolkits und Schnittstellenlösungen

  • Umsetzung von Lösungen im Einklang mit
    EU AI Act
    , Datensicherheit und Responsible AI-Prinzipien

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit KI-Coaches, Entwickler:innen und Kundenteams

Qualifikation

  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von LLM-basierten oder KI-gestützten Anwendungen

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Python sowie Frameworks wie LangChain, Haystack, FastAPI o. ä.

  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Multi-Agenten-Workflows und Vektor-Datenbanken

  • Erfahrung mit Cloud-Infrastrukturen (Azure, AWS, GCP) und APIs

  • Grundverständnis von Compliance-Themen (z. B. EU AI Act, Responsible AI, Datenschutz)

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift – sicher in Präsentation & Beratung

  • Kommunikationsstärke und Lust auf aktive Projektarbeit – intern wie extern

  • Wohnort im Raum München oder Berlin, da 1 Tag pro Woche Anwesenheit im Büro gefordert wird
