IHRE AUFGABEN

Als Abteilungsleitung Strategy, Communication & People übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle in der Weiterentwicklung des MGZ. Sie führen ein interdisziplinäres Team und verantworten die Bereiche Strategie, Kommunikation, HR, Business Development und Sales. Ihr Ziel ist es, Wachstum, Kultur und Markenstärke zu verbinden.

IHRE SCHWERPUNKTE
  • Strategie & Business Development
    • Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung
    • Steuerung strategischer Initiativen und interner Entwicklungsprojekte
    • Schnittstellenmanagement zu Partnerunternehmen im MGZ-Netzwerk
  • Kommunikation, Marketing & Marke
    • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der internen und externen Kommunikationsstrategie
    • Verantwortung für Corporate Design, Website, Social Media, Webinare und Fachveranstaltungen
    • Positionierung des MGZ als führender Partner in Diagnostik und Wissenschaft
  • Sales
    • Verantwortung für Vertrieb und Kundenmanagement
    • Aufbau und Pflege strategischer Partnerschaften mit Kliniken, Laboren und Forschungseinrichtungen
  • People & Culture
    • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des HR-Teams
    • Stärkung der Arbeitgebermarke und Weiterentwicklung der Unternehmenskultur
    • Strategisches Recruiting, Talententwicklung und Mitarbeiterbindung


IHR PROFIL
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Kommunikation, Psychologie, Management oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in den Bereichen Strategie, Kommunikation, Vertrieb oder HR
  • Strategisches und analytisches Denken kombiniert mit Umsetzungsstärke
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz
  • Begeisterung für Themen rund um Wissenschaft, Medizin und nachhaltiges Wachstum
