Deine Aufgaben / Key Responsibilities

  • Bereitstellung von technischem Support (1st & 2nd Level) für Benutzer:innen per Remote-Zugriff
  • → Provide remote technical support (Level 1 & 2) to end users
  • Diagnose und Lösung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen
  • → Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Systemen
  • → Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and networks
  • Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Zugriffsrechten und Sicherheitseinstellungen
  • → Manage user accounts, access rights, and security settings
  • Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Teams zur Verbesserung der Systemleistung
  • → Collaborate with IT teams to optimize system performance and reliability


Dein Profil / What We're Looking For

  • Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich
    Informatik / IT Support
  • → Education or degree in Information Technology or IT Support
  • 1–3 Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Support, Helpdesk oder Systemadministration
  • → 1–3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Windows, macOS, Office 365, VPN und Netzwerken
  • → Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Office 365, VPN, and networking
  • Erfahrung mit Remote-Support-Tools
    (z. B. AnyDesk, TeamViewer)
  • → Experience with
    remote support tools
    (e.g. AnyDesk, TeamViewer)
  • Sehr gute
    Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • → Fluency in German and English
    (French is a plus)
