Senior Project Manager Sensor Development

Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Manage development projects for D iscrete Consumer Products from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
• Develop and implement project plans , resource allocation plans , and risk management plans
• Lead cross-functional teams , including but not limited to Design, Test, Characterization, Quality, Front End and Back End teams, etc. and drive very
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and timelines fit into dynamic business needs
• Analyze and resolve project-related issues , using advanced problem-solving skills and root cause analysis
• Communicate effectively with customers , team members and stakeholders

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial), Physics, Chemistry), or a similar field
• At least 6 years of relevant professional experience , ideally with exposure to semiconductor technology, process engineering, test engineering or manufacturing operations
• In-depth knowledge of project management , with at least 4 years of experience leading cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity. IPMA C certificatio n or equivalent is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill s , with the ability to address complex challenges and make informed decisions
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills , with the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and engage with senior management
• Fluent English communication skills, German as a plus
