YOUR ROLE
The industry is referring to a "war for talent". There has never been a time when the right people were more in demand and more valuable than it is today. We are truly in the people economy, which means that recruitment is not only crucial but also a significant competitive advantage. To lead this change, we rethought recruitment (though, you will recognize the buzzwords below).
When working with Recruitment and Growth you will be a part of the creative and high-performing Talent Management-Team in Frankfurt, one of three core processes of Netlight. Your main responsibility will be around recruitment and other processes connected to the growth of Netlight. You will manage the whole recruitment process, from the first contact to a world-class onboarding of our new colleagues into Netlight. This involves networking, sourcing, interviewing, project management, internal and external employer branding, talent management, equality work and other activities that connect to a long-term sustainable and successful growth of Netlight. Requirements
- Soon-to-be graduate / recently graduated
- Master's degree
- Native/Business level fluency in written and spoken German
- Written and spoken Business level fluency in English
- Passion for people, recruitment, project management, entrepreneurship, the IT industry and the tech community
- Experienced in relevant areas to the role is a merit, but not a prerequisite, e.g. recruitment, sales, employer branding, project management, networking, start-up experience
- A good communicator, naturally building trust and rapport
- Self-driven with an entrepreneur mindset, yet networking, having a strong inner drive with a great ability to cooperate
- Structured yet adaptive, taking responsibility for a dynamic learning environment
