Deine Aufgaben:

Die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Landschaft ist ein zentraler Bestandteil unserer digitalen Transformation. Als Senior Platform Engineer gestaltest du die technische Basis dafür. Du bist verantwortlich für die Gestaltung sowie den Aufbau unserer Kubernetes-basierten Hosting-Plattform als Hybrid-Cloud und schaffst damit die zukünftige Basis für viele unserer Anwendungen. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren IT-Teams dokumentierst und betreust du Systeme rund um Test, Deployment und Orchestrierung von Cloud-Native Anwendungen. In den Bereichen Administration, Security oder Entwicklung bringst du deine Erfahrungen und eigenen Ideen aktiv ein und arbeitest teamorientiert an spannenden Projekten.

  • Konzeption und Aufbau einer Cloud-Native-Hosting-Plattform auf Basis von Kubernetes für die interne sowie externe Nutzung
  • Betrieb und Wartung unserer Hybrid-Cloud-Plattform inklusive kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung
  • Erstellung und Pflege einer nachvollziehbaren Infrastruktur-Dokumentation
  • Weiterentwicklung unserer DevOps-Prozesse
  • Unterstützung und Weiterbildung anderer Mitarbeitenden im Bereich Cloud-Native und Infrastructure as Code
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Monitoring- und Observability-Lösungen

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium, Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im IT-Bereich
  • Erfahrung mit Container-Orchestrierung und Security-Engineering (insb. Disaster-Recovery) mit Fokus auf Cloud-Plattformen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Administration von Linux-Servern sowie sicherer Umgang im Konfigurations- und Infrastruktur-Management
  • Begeisterung für Kollaboration und Open Source sowie gute Kenntnisse gängiger Public Clouds (z. B. AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Hohe Dokumentationsfähigkeit und Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung unserer DevOps-Prozesse
  • Vertraut mit CI/CD-Tooling (z.B. GitLab, Argo CD, Woodpecker CI)
  • Spaß an der Arbeit im Team und hohe Kommunikationsstärke kombiniert mit verhandlungssicheren Englischkenntnissen
