LG Chem is part of the LG Group with 63 corporate units and 280,000 employees worldwide.For ourEngineering Plasticsdivision, we are looking for aSales Account Manager (m/f/d)in our Frankfurt office to strengthen our team as soon as possible:Responsibilities:Development of our Engineering Plastics business in Electronics, Industrial, and construction segments across Western EuropeIdentify, develop, and manage strategic customer relationships with OEMs, Tier suppliers, and component manufacturersBuild a deep understanding of customer applications and market trends to identify new growth opportunitiesAct as the key commercial interface between LG Chem and the customer, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and long-term cooperationAnalyze market and competitor activities to support business strategy and portfolio positioningRepresent LG Chem's Engineered Plastics portfolio at industry events, and customer workshopsExperience Requirements / Competencies:A successfully completed degree in Polymer Engineering, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering , or a comparable technical fieldAt least 5 to 10 years of professional experience in sales, technical marketing, or application development of engineering plasticsSolid knowledge of thermoplastics such as PC, PC/ABS, PBT, PA or related compoundsProven track record in key account management or business development within the E&E, industrial, or construction marketStrong communication, negotiation, and project management skills combined with a proactive, result-oriented mindsetEntrepreneurial personality with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix and multicultural environmentExcellent user knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, PPT, Word)Very good business fluency in German and English language , additional knowledge of another European language (e.g. French, Spanish) is desirableWillingness to travel > 50% within Western EuropeOur Offer:A collegial working environment with appropriate scope for action and decision-makingFlexible working hoursCompetitive performance- and success-based compensationA travel allowance or (if available) a parking spaceA new and modern office including an ergonomic workstationLaptop and company mobile phoneTraining and exciting personal/professional development opportunitiesFitness benefit (FITSEVENELEVEN)Corporate benefit programTeam-building eventsGood connection with car and public transportationInterested?If you would like to accept this interesting challenge and have the necessary qualifications, please apply with your complete application documents in English, stating your salary expectations and your earliest possible starting date.We look forward to youLG Chem Europe GmbHHuman Resources Team
