Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung bei der Festlegung der strategischen Ausrichtung neuer und bestehender Werke im Verantwortungsbereich
- Beratung und Unterstützung bei der Technologieauswahl, Anlagenspezifikation, Anlagenbeschaffung sowie Anlagenabnahme
- Identifizierung und Einführung neuer Technologien und Prozesse (Industrie 4.0)
- Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung der für das Industrial Engineering relevanten Produktionskennzahlen
- Unterstützung der Produktionsprozesse im Hinblick auf Logistik, Produktionsmethoden und Qualitätsprozesse
- Erstellen von Lastenheften für beispielsweise Fördertechnik, Montagetechnik und Ladungsträger
- Abnahme und Freigabe aller Betriebsmittel entsprechend dem vorher abgestimmten Lastenheftes, etc.
- Anwendung von Simulationssoftware zur Werksplanung, Anlagenplanung und Behälterplanung
- Planung der Logistikabläufe zwischen Kunde und Arbeitgeber wie beispielsweise Vorlaufzeitdefinition, Zeithaushalt, Verpackung, Entwicklung/Definition Fördertechnik, Schnittstellen im Kundenwerk, JIT oder JIS Anlieferungen etc.
- Planung von Montageabläufen, Werkslayout, Arbeitsstationen und Materialfluss etc.
- Enge Abstimmung sowohl mit den Fachabteilungen der Kunden (Produktion, Fertigung, Logistik, Einkauf etc.) als auch mit den Fachabteilungen/Projektteams
- Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung des IT-Konzeptes (Kundenabrufe, Sequenzabrufe, Produktionssteuerung etc.)
- Mitwirkung bei der Lieferantenauswahl, Ausschreibung von Equipment und Projektteams
- Planung der innerbetrieblichen Prozessabläufe, Logistikkette zwischen Lieferanten und Werk, Verpackungsart und Verpackungsgröße für Kaufteile und der Lagertechnik/Puffertechnik für Kaufteile und Fertigteile
- Mitwirkung bei QVP Aktivitäten wie FMEA etc.
- Erstellen von Arbeitsanweisungen, Kontrollplänen, Prozessdokumentation
- Durchführung und Koordination der Simulation von Produktionsprozessen, sowie logistischer Abläufe und deren Überprüfung (Audits)
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Investitionsplänen und Projektreviews
- Realisierungen der oben angeführten Planungen im Inland und Ausland
- Planung und Durchführung von KVP-Workshops
- Werks Auditierung gemäß MAFACT-Standard
Qualifikation:
- Ausbildung zum Maschinenbautechniker (m/w) / Elektrotechniker (m/w) oder Alternativ: Studium des Ingenieurwesens / Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder vergleichbar
- Fundierte Arbeitserfahrung im Automobilbereich oder vergleichbar
- Erfahrungen im Produktionsumfeld und Logistikumfeld bei einem Automobilzulieferer
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der am Markt verfügbaren Planungssoftware Systeme
- Sehr gute Erfahrung im Erstellen von Lastenheften
- Sicherer Umgang mit den Office Produkten, Excel und Auto CAD 2D
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft
