Are you passionate about data-driven marketing and customer engagement? In this role, you will drive the development and execution of CRM strategies across multiple channels, design customer journeys, and optimize campaigns through testing and analysis. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll use your expertise in CRM systems, automation, and customer insights to boost retention, increase customer value, and ensure compliance with data protection standards.ResponsibilitiesDevelopment and implementation of CRM measures including planning and management of multichannel campaigns (e.g. email, push, SMS, in-app), development of customer journeys, and execution of A/B testing to optimize measures.Conduct data-based customer analysis by segmenting databases based on KPIs, analyzing customer behavior, churn and reactivation rates, and deriving strategic measures from analyses.Tool and system management by operating and further developing the CRM system in close collaboration with IT, BI/Data, Marketing, and Product teams.Oversee monitoring and reporting, defining relevant KPIs for performance reviews, creating regular reports and dashboards, and managing budget planning and control in the CRM area.Ensure compliance and data protection by considering legal requirements (e.g. GDPR, gambling regulations) and collaborating with Legal and Compliance in campaign development.Qualifications:Degree in marketing, business informatics, communications or similarSeveral years of professional experience in CRM or direct marketing, ideally in a digital B2C environmentStrong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), Marketing Automation, Segmentation & personalization, and Data Analysis (e.g. with Excel, Google Analytics)Understanding of Customer Lifecycle Management, KPIs (e.g. CLV, Retention Rate) and legal frameworks in the area of data protection and marketing (e.g. GDPR)Strong analytical & strategic skills, initiative, responsibility, structured and goal-oriented under pressureExcellent communication, teamwork, flexibility & adaptability in dynamic marketsFluent in German and EnglishWhat we offer:General conditions: Flexible working time models, hybrid work model, competitive salaryAdvanced training & career: High degree of personal responsibility, diverse development opportunities throughout the entire group of companiesTeam & Community: Open door attitude, friendly corporate culture, staff events, departmental eventsExclusive offers: Local offers and a great office location-> Click here for our benefitsInterest?Then we look forward to receiving your application Please also indicate your possible starting date and your salary expectations.
