Unser Kunde, die CPS GmbH, sind Spezialist für IT-Lösungen und Open-Source-Technologien und suchen Verstärkung für das dynamische Team. In interdisziplinären Teams und mit einem klaren Fokus auf TYPO3 erwarten dich anspruchsvolle Projekte und eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Kunden.

Aufgaben
  • Du bringst dich als Product Owner (d/m/w) in agilen, interdisziplinären Teams ein.
  • Du steuerst eigenverantwortlich digitale Projekte, erstellst Roadmaps, Projektpläne und priorisierst Backlogs.
  • Du führst Kundenworkshops durch, leitest eigenständig Kundenprojekte und planst Budgets sowie Ressourcen.
  • Du verantwortest das Projektcontrolling und die Anforderungsaufnahme bereits in der Akquisitionsphase.
Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Product Owner oder Project Manager in einer digitalen Agentur oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in agilen und klassischen Projektmethodiken sowie in Content-Management-Systemen, insbesondere TYPO3.
  • Strategisches und konzeptionelles Denken sowie tiefes Verständnis für Digitalprojekte und Prozesse.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C-Niveau oder Muttersprache) und sicheres, verhandlungssicheres Auftreten.
