We are looking for a Senior Game Designer to join our team for our project Dawn of War IV

You'll craft engaging gameplay experiences and systems that bring our games to life.

• An experienced Game Designer with at least 5 years of professional experience and at least one shipped project

• A team player who thrives on collaboration and creating great games together

• Someone skilled at communicating ideas clearly, using documentation and visualization effectively

• A person who deeply understands design terminology, gameplay mechanics, and player motivation

• The ability to design and maintain complex gameplay systems, considering their impact on related features

• A mindset that embraces proactive communication to lead an iterative creative process using feedback and player data

• Experience with RTS or TBS projects

• Background in AA/AAA game development

• Experience in leading small design teams and communicating design vision clearly

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles

• Specialization in Balancing with experience of managing large sets of numbers (e.g. in Excel)

• Love and experience for the Warhammer 40k tabletop, franchise and lore

• Collaborate with experienced, ambitious, and friendly colleagues

• Take ownership of gameplay systems and feature sets — from concept and prototyping to polished, shippable quality

• Work closely with the Lead Designer and Design Director to help shape long-term vision and core features

• Support more junior team members through knowledge transfer and mentoring

• Align with other departments to maintain scope, quality, and consistency across the project

• Contribute to creating fun, balanced, and meaningful gameplay experiences for our project DoW IV project and beyond
