Deine Aufgaben
  • Proaktive Abstimmung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Einkaufsprozesse mit den externen Lieferanten
  • Du betreust die Steuerung des Einkaufsvertragswesens und Überwachung aller dahingehender Prozesse
  • Entwicklung eines Strategie-Masterplan für das Lieferantenmanagement und Du übernimmst initial dessen Umsetzung
  • Jahresgesprächsvorbereitung, -durchführung sowie die -nachbereitung
  • Onboarding und Verhandlung der Terms mit neuen Lieferanten
  • Transparente, regelmäßige Kommunikation sowie cross-funktionale Abstimmung mit angrenzenden Bereichen (z.B. Marketing, Sales und Operations)
  • Lieferantenbewertung und Weiterentwicklung


Dein Profil
  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches oder technisches Studium oder verfügst über eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Kenntnissen
  • Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung - gute Marktkenntnisse aus der Möbelindustrie sind von Vorteil
  • Deine Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von einer hohen strategischen Ausrichtung sowie einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative, bei der du nie den Blick fürs Business verlierst
  • Mit Excel, PowerPoint, Word sowie Kenntnissen über ERP-Systeme bist Du sehr gut vertraut
  • Du bringst ein agiles Mindset mit, um proaktiv und beruhigend auf Eskalationen zu reagieren und kooperative Lösungen zu erarbeiten
  • Du bringst Reisebereitschaft für unsere zwei Standorte mit und kannst mindestens 2 Tage die Woche in Biebertal anwesend sein für unsere Team Tage
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
