Cloud Infrastructure Operations Engineer (On-site – Frankfurt)

Job Responsibilities
Operations Support:
- Provide on-site support for the customer's cloud infrastructure operations, including but not limited to servers, networking, storage, security, and monitoring systems.
- Perform daily cloud resource management, configuration changes, system inspections, issue troubleshooting, and incident response according to client requirements.
- Assist with the creation, maintenance, scaling, and optimization of cloud resources to ensure high availability and system stability.
- Communicate effectively with the client in both English and Chinese to quickly understand and respond to business needs.
- Follow the client's processes and standards to ensure services are compliant, standardized, and secure.
Stability & Assurance:
- Provide technical assessment and improvement recommendations related to system architecture stability based on the customer's existing infrastructure and business development goals.
- Conduct regular health checks, collect system metrics, configuration, and architecture information to evaluate overall system health.
- Offer specific solutions and technical optimization advice for identified issues.
- Participate in multi-layer diagnostics and analysis across network architecture, computing resources, storage systems, databases, and security structures.
- Deliver comprehensive health check reports to help clients identify potential risks early and ensure business continuity.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in cloud platform operations or system administration (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud).
- Language: Native Chinese speaker with strong English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing, listening).
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of cloud architecture, networking fundamentals, virtualization, containerization (e.g., Docker/Kubernetes), and monitoring/alerting systems (e.g., Zabbix, Prometheus).
- Work Permit: Must hold valid residence and work authorization in Germany.
- Other Qualities: Strong customer service mindset, attention to detail, high sense of responsibility, and ability to respond quickly to client needs.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with multi-cloud environments and/or familiarity with DevOps and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines).

运维支持部分:
- 驻场支持甲方客户的云基础设施运维工作(Cloud Infrastructure Operations),包括但不限于服务器、网络、存储、安全、监控等;
- 按照客户要求执行日常的云平台资源管理、配置变更、系统巡检、问题排查及故障响应;
- 协助客户完成云资源的创建、维护、扩容及优化,确保系统高可用和稳定运行;
- 使用英文和中文与客户进行有效沟通,快速理解并响应业务需求;
- 遵循客户的流程和标准,确保服务合规、规范、安全。
护航保障部分:
- 基于客户现有基础架构及业务发展目标,提供系统架构稳定性相关的技术评估与改进建议;
- 定期实施健康检查,采集系统运行数据、配置与架构信息,评估整体架构健康状况;
- 针对问题提供具体解决方案与技术优化建议;
- 参与网络架构、计算资源、存储系统、数据库、安全架构等多层面的运行参数分析与诊断;
- 输出综合健康检查报告,协助客户提前发现风险,保障业务连续性。
【任职要求】
- 工作经验:具备2年以上云平台(如 AWS, Azure, GCP 或阿里云、华为云等)运维或系统管理经验;
- 语言要求:母语为中文,具备良好的英语沟通能力(听说读写);
- 技术背景:熟悉云计算架构、网络基础、虚拟化、容器化技术(如Docker/K8s)、监控和告警系统(如Zabbix, Prometheus);
- 资质要求:具备德国合法居留和工作许可;
- 有良好的客户服务意识,工作细致、责任心强,能快速响应客户需求;
- 优先考虑:具备多云环境经验、或熟悉 DevOps/自动化运维工具(如Terraform、Ansible、CI/CD等)的候选人。
