Tax Manager Konzernsteuern (m/w/d)

BARTEC – das sind rund 1.000 Mitarbeitende, die sich für innovative Lösungen in der Sicherheitstechnik engagieren. Überall dort, wo gefährliche Stoffe wie brennbare Gase, Dämpfe, Nebel oder Stäube auftreten können, verhindern die Produkte und Lösungen von BARTEC Explosionen und dienen der Sicherheit von Mensch und Umwelt. Zu den Kunden zählen vor allem die Öl- und Gasindustrie sowie Chemie-, Petrochemie- und Pharmakonzerne aus den unterschiedlichsten Regionen der Welt.

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

Steuerliche Betreuung unserer Konzerngesellschaften im nationalen und internationalen Kontext (Schwerpunkt Direct Tax)
Starker internationaler Fokus (z.B. Verrechnungspreise, Konzernfinanzierung, steuerliche Begleitung von M&A Projekten etc.)
Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Steuererklärungen und Jahresabschlüssen
Unterstützung des regionalen Managements & Controlling Teams bei der lokalen Steuerberichterstattung
Weiterentwicklung des Globalen Tax Compliance Management Systems (Tax CMS), Implementierung steuerlicher Richtlinien und digitaler Prozesse
Unterstützung bei Betriebsprüfungen und Kommunikation mit Finanzbehörden sowie mit unseren ausländischen Konzerngesellschaften

Das bringen Sie mit

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Universität/Fachhochschule/Duale Hochschule) mit steuerlichem Schwerpunkt oder eine vergleichbare qualifizierte Ausbildung
Idealerweise ein erfolgreich abgelegtes Steuerberaterexamen
Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im deutschen und internationalen Unternehmenssteuerrecht (z.B. bei einer Steuerberatungsgesellschaft, einer Konzern-steuerabteilung oder in der Finanzverwaltung)
Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, Erfahrung mit SAP und Konsolidierungs-Software (z. B. TAGETIK) ist wünschenswert
Sichere Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in einem interkulturellen Umfeld über alle Hierarchie-ebenen
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und fließende Englischkenntnisse
