To support our commercial order processing in order management / CSOF in Itzehoe, we are looking for a committed person for a limited period of 18 months at our location in Itzehoe.

Clerk (m/f/d) for commercial order processing export

Your role:

  • Export processing of pumps, systems, accessories and spare parts including preparation of customs documents
  • Organization of domestic and foreign transports of materials for all shipping operations including partial accompaniment/coordination of packaging acceptances
  • Creating sales orders in SAP and creating order confirmations
  • Invoicing and settlement of orders in SAP
  • Application for bank guarantees and guarantees for international business if needed

Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. industrial clerk or wholesale and foreign trade merchant) or comparable
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in the processing of export orders desirable
  • High quality awareness, commitment and flexibility
  • Independent and team-oriented work
  • Good MS Office and SAP skills required
  • Very good English
