Das erwartet Dich
  • Du übernimmst die strategische und operative Leitung unserer Digitalisierungs-, Transformations- und Innovationsprojekte im Bereich Tax & Accounting.
  • Du erstellst Projektstrukturpläne, verfasst Projektbeschreibungen und bereitest Entscheidungsvorlagen vor.
  • Als zentrale Ansprechperson verantwortest du die Aufgabenverteilung, das Fristenmanagement, die Budgetüberwachung und das Reporting – und behältst dabei stets den Überblick.
  • Du steuerst interdisziplinäre Projektteams und sorgst für eine klare Kommunikation mit allen relevanten Stakeholdern. 
Das bringst Du mit
  • Idealerweise ein abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium/Masterstudium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung, alternativ eine kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Projektleiter*in im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Bereich Tax bzw. Accounting mit Zertifizierung (z. B. PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA)
  • Geübte Anwendung agiler und klassischer Projektmanagementmethoden (z. B. Scrum, Kanban, Wasserfall) sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Tools (z. B. Wrike, MS Project, Planner) 
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
