Unser Mandant ist ein dynamisches B2B2C-Plattform-Venture in München, das moderne digitale Plattformlösungen in zukunftsträchtigen Domänen anbietet (heute im Schwerpunkt Insur-/Fin-Tech & New Mobility). Wir suchen eine unternehmerische Führungspersönlichkeit, die Lust hat, das Start-up nach dem erfolgreichen Markt-Launch auf das nächste Level zu bringen. Zusammen mit Kollegen:innen im Geschäftsführungs-Team fokussiert die Rolle auf Strategie, Business Development und kaufmännischer Leitung.

Aufgaben

Deine Kernaufgaben

  • Strategie: Formulierung und Umsetzung einer mehrjährigen Wachstumsstrategie und -Roadmap
  • Commercial Excellence: P&L-Verantwortung inkl. Finanz- und Unternehmensplanung sowie kaufmännischer Führung
  • Produkt- und Technologie Governance: Steering der Produkt- und Technologiestrategie sowie der Compliance-Themen wie Datenschutz und IT-Sicherheit
  • Business Development: Ausbau von Kunden- und Partnernetzwerken auf Top-Level
  • People & Organisation: Weiterentwicklung moderner Führungs- und Organisationsstrukturen in einem hybriden Umfeld
  • Stakeholder Management: Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit den Gesellschaftern und Vorbereitung und Leitung entsprechender Gremien
  • Networking: Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf Veranstaltungen, Fachkonferenzen und in Medien
Qualifikation

Dein Background

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Design, der Leitung und Skalierung digital geprägter B2B(2C) Geschäftsmodelle
  • Branchen-Background in den Industrien Versicherung/Bank, Mobilität oder
    E-Commerce in Verbindung mit Innovations-/Transformationsaufgaben
  • Track Record im Business Development und im Positionieren moderner neuer Konzepte
  • Führungserfahrung in dynamischen Organisationen (z. B. Scale-ups, Digitalsparten etablierter Unternehmen oder Corporate Ventures)
  • Bereitschaft zum Reisen und zum hybriden Arbeit (mit regelmäßiger Onsite-Präsenz im Office)

Wir sind auch offen für Kandidat*innen, die bereit sind Gesamtverantwortung zu übernehmen und bisher 'nur' Teilverantwortung hatten oder in anderen Rollen (z.B. Unternehmensberater/innen, Leiter/in von Transformations- und Digitalisierungseinheiten) relevante Erfahrung gesammelt haben.
