Master Data Project Manager (f/m/x)

Location: Oberkochen, BW | Type: Hybrid | Salary: Competitive salary

Hyra is working on behalf of Carl Zeiss AG to hire for the position of Master Data Project Manager (f/m/x). This role focuses on driving digital transformation projects by establishing master data standards across the enterprise. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions that enhance data quality in SAP R/3 and S/4HANA environments.

What you'll be doing


• Manage digital transformation projects and ensure deliverables meet global quality standards


• Implement technical solutions to monitor and improve data quality across SAP R/3 and S/4HANA


• Establish master data standards for business units within ERP, MDG, and CRM systems


• Collaborate with data owners and IT teams to ensure solutions support end-to-end processes


• Support the integration and modeling of master data from cleaning to productization

What we're looking for


• Degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, or a related technical field


• Minimum of 5 years professional experience, specifically with SAP Material Master and Business Partner


• Strong understanding of SAP data architecture and experience with agile project management


• Proficiency in developing structured frameworks and communicating technical concepts clearly


• Professional fluency in both English and German is required for this position
